CHECK IN/OUT TIME
Check in time is after 3:00 pm Check out time is 12:00 pm

CANCELLATIONS
We hope to see you as scheduled but in the event that you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible and be aware of the following:

•If you should cancel within 10 days of your confirmed arrival date and we  cannot re-book your reservation, you will be charged for the whole amount of your reserved stay.
•If you cancel at any other time, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
•Early departures will charged for the whole amount of your reserved stay.
•No shows will be charged for the whole amount of your reserved stay.
•Group cancellation policy be will confirmed at the time of booking.

BREAKFAST
A Voucher will be provided so that you can enjoy a breakfast at your leisure at favored local establishment.

CREDIT CARDS-Also read General Policy
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover and Travelers Checks are welcome. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash payment in advance.

GENERAL POLICY
Any loss or damage incurred to the property during your stay will be billed at KingWood Suites discretion. Smoking is NOT allowed in any of Kingwood's rooms. Should you smoke in the room, KingWood will charge you for any smoke or cigarette caused damages.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $20 per person per night. (This charge covers the extra breakfast, extra cleaning, extra towels and extra bedding for the sleeper sofa).

ROOM KEY
A $25.00 fee for unreturned keys will be charged to your credit card.

SMOKING
Kingwood Suites is a smoke free environment. Smoking is only permitted outside the premises. Guests will be financially responsible for any cleaning or damages caused by smoking.

CHILDREN
Kingwood Suites is a family owned business and we welcome children under their parents supervision. Please respect the other guests' privacy.

PETS
Pets ARE NOT allowed on the property.

CANDLES
For the safety of all our guests ABSOLUTELY no candles are permitted to be used.
